·                  Minimum fee---$25

·         Residential---$0.10 per sq’ ft’       includes residential type garages,additions,sheds and other such structures

·         Commercial---$0.10 per sq’ft’

·         Signs---$25

·         Demolition---$25

·         Operating permit---$25

·         Communication tower---$5,000

·         [ additions to existing towers---$2,000 ]

·         Residential solar array---$50

·         Commercial solar farm---$2,500 per megawatt

·         Permit extensions shall be ½ the cost of the original permit

·         Starting a project before securing a permit $50-$1,000

·         Certificate of occupancy/compliance $0 if permit holder calls for inspections $100 if not

·         Use variance (residential) $35. (non residential) $75

·         Area variance (residential)$35. (non residential)$75

·         Special use permit $75
